Meredith Levin served as the Managing Editor of Digital Dante from 2016-2021. She is the Western European Humanities Librarian at Columbia University and an Associate Editor of Digital Dante. She holds a BA in English Literature from New York University, an MS in Library and Information Science from Long Island University, and an MA in Italian Studies from New York University. She has presented at the American Association of Italian Studies, the Italian American Studies Association, and the Modern Language Association and her work on emerging technologies has been published by the American Library Association. Her research interests range from material culture and women’s experiences in early modern Italy to Fascist archaeological policy in Libya before and during WWII.
